Mr. Xu has over 20 years of legal experience. He is admitted to the bars in Guam, the CNMI, and New York. Born in Shanghai, China, Mr. Xu is bilingual in English and Chinese languages. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2005.
